The Sr. Strategic Insights Analyst takes a data-driven approach to PenFed Home Team culture, engagement, and performance. The incumbent will be responsible for creating personalized, authentic experiences that ignite passion and tap into purpose to strengthen individual, team, and company performance. This role will build and maintain Home Team employee engagement, partnering with line of business leaders, Enterprise HR resources, and related vendors. The incumbent will partner with vendors to ensure the continuity of the member satisfaction survey and Talent Assessment processes. Additionally, this role will provide expertise and capacity to projects, analysis, and reporting that support the strategic objectives of PenFed Home Team. Identify, create, execute, and innovate on opportunities to enhance employee experience and improve organizational performance through new and existing initiatives. Generate awareness, understanding, and adoption of new initiatives by delivering pilot programs, facilitating workshops, and training and mentoring end users. Gather and analyze feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, revising and refining as appropriate. Develop and maintain relationships at all levels, gaining buy-in and fostering teamwork and collaboration among different departments and work groups. Coordinate with vendors and colleagues to keep initiatives and programs running smoothly after launch. Communicate status and results of projects to appropriate stakeholders. Prepare reports and create dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Find the story behind the data in member satisfaction and engagement survey results, identifying and resolving issues and providing thoughtful, unexpected insights. Partner with vendor to implement the member satisfaction survey process, including the distribution of results through the Medallia platform. Partner with vendor and HR to manage the Talent Assessment survey process across PenFed Home Team. Collaborate with experience coordinator to engage employees through purposeful experiences and activities throughout the year, executing and refining those plans in consultation with stakeholders. Serve as a hub for employee and contractor data, maintaining detailed organizational charts, reports, and distribution lists in consultation with HR Business Partners. Create structure for the learning and support team by developing and maintaining collaboration tools, including public calendars and Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Incorporate the latest ideas and industry best practices, quickly becoming an expert in new and diverse functional areas with limited guidance. Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. MBA desirable. Five (5) years in a strategy, operations, HR, or learning and development role required. Startup experience a plus. Experienced in design thinking, project management, research, and analysis, with proven ability to launch new initiatives. Thinks strategically. Clarifies complex issues by digesting significant amounts of detailed data and information to synthesize and summarize for the target audience. Solves problems creatively. Finds connections between seemingly disparate data, identifying relevant patterns and issues to create new and alternative ways to proceeded. Builds strong relationships easily. Equally comfortable to make a connection with someone new and working with an established team to achieve a common goal. Communicates with influence. Finds it easy to put thoughts into words, presenting in an upbeat manner to get others excited about what they are going to do. Organized, flexible, and adaptable. Anticipates needs, innovates, and flourishes in a fast-paced environment, managing the demands of frequent change, delays, and unexpected events. Understands customer satisfaction tools, including surveys and the Medallia platform. Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint. Supervisory Responsibility This position will not supervise employees. Licenses and Certifications This position does not require any additional licenses or certifications. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and to be on-call as needed is required.
