PenFed Credit Union Remote Mortgage Operations Support Analyst in San Antonio, Texas

If you are up for the challenge, you belong here. PenFed is hiring a Remote Mortgage Operations Support Analyst at our San Antonio, Texas location. The primary purpose of this job is to input mortgage application data from the Mortgage Application system to the Loan Origination system. Monitor title order automation feature to ensure order functionality is completed for all Mortgage products. Order Title Services for transactions identified on exception reporting. Complete ad hoc title service-related orders not completed by automation feature. Monitor Appraisal order automation feature to ensure order functionality is completed for all Mortgage products. Order appraisal services for transactions identified on exception reporting. Complete ad hoc appraisal service-related orders not completed by automation feature. Complete all Loan Processor assignments for both Mortgage and HELOC channels. Loan assignment function include, but not limited to: data entry completed in LOS, routing of assignment to processor based on regional alignment, product, project and sales channel. Monitor VA appraisal payment request portal for incoming payment requests. Complete search via LOS for appropriate documentation required to complete VA appraisal payment transaction and/or request appropriate documentation necessary from Appraiser. Submit VA Appraisal payment requests to Accounts Payable and/or Nautilus platform. Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in mortgage lending or strong customer service is required. Supervisory Responsibility This position will not supervise employees. Licenses and Certifications There are no additional licenses and/or certifications required. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call is not required.
