PenFed Credit Union (Hybrid) Part-time Business Analyst Intern in San Antonio, Texas
Overview
Are you looking for an educational and robust internship this summer? We are seeking an Undergraduate Student Intern at our location in San Antonio, Texas. PenFed’s Internship Program offers college students with a meaningful internship experience from which they can make informed future career decisions. Our internships are meant to provide a great test drive of our company, industry, and a potential career field. This position is part-time, working 20-25 hours per week, and pay rate is $20 per hour.
Responsibilities

Develop consumer-segmentation models and appropriate product recommendations
Analyze consumerism around Financial Centers based on web and mobile use versus in person locations
Develop models to predict product & balance/fund acquisition
Develop and/or support reporting automation effort
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited institution studying: Business Analytics, Data Science (or a closely related degree program)
Must be enrolled in a college or university in the San Antonio, Texas area
Must be a current Junior or Senior with a strong GPA
Must have understanding of Data Mining, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Management
Must have strong technology and reporting experience
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have creative, analytical, and critical thinking skills

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
Travel
This role does not require travel.
