PenFed is hiring a Product Acquisition Implementation Manager at our Omaha, Nebraska location. The primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for implementing acquisitions campaigns for consumer banking products. This position must be able to manage multiple deadlines for all elements of marketing campaigns and excel in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight. In addition, will actively participate in the development of the annual campaigns and budgets for product acquisitions. *Eligible for Scorecard Bonus Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Support Campaign Managers in execution of direct marketing campaigns for consumer banking products including credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, student loans and deposit products Responsible for operational execution of acquisitions campaigns: coordinate milestone dates, manage timelines, collaborate with print vendors and internal stakeholders on hitting send/mail dates; oversee implementation and track results as well as campaign costs. Communicate with print vendors as to campaign planning, status, and expenses. Assist in campaign proofing as well as QA of files and creative Work with internal marketing team or approved agencies to update creative as well as proofread materials for accuracy. Advise internal partners and vendors as to required disclosures on creative materials. Ongoing review of processes and procedures identify workflow improvements and efficiencies to improve speed to market. Recommend means to improve cost per piece for mail packages. Participate in new and ongoing consumer banking acquisition projects as needed. Assist in maintaining competitive analysis on consumer banking direct marketing pieces. Track campaign expenses and evaluate opportunities for cost savings. Organize campaign documentation and procedures in digital library for audits and archive. Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred Minimum of five (5) years’ campaign management and marketing experience in the consumer banking industry; including but not limited to campaign execution, print vendor management, direct marketing, member centric insights, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance & cost analysis Familiarity with consumer banking product regulatory requirements Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter that can work with minimal oversight Detail oriented and highly organized Excels at working in a cross-functional team, with an inclination to take initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers Acquisitions direct marketing experience strongly preferred Experience in credit card, deposits, personal loans, student and/or auto loans preferred Asana and Adobe software familiarity is a plus MS Word Suite Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. Employees also currently have the option to work remotely at home. *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. * Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
