PenFed is hiring a Program Coordinator, PenFed Wealth Management at our San Patricio branch in Puerto Rico. The primary purpose of this position is to execute functional duties and assist the program in growing and retain assets and revenue. The Program Coordinator (PC) will assist advisors and members in the day-to-day operations of the program to effectively drive new accounts, service current accounts, and ensure a compliant line of business. General Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments for prospects with advisors Monitor office for marketing material, office supplies, compliance material needs Assistance with marketing mailings, branch promotions, seminars, or lobby days Other related duties Prospective Customer Support: Discuss availability of investment services, provide program brochures, and determine if they would like to discuss investments with a registered person Determine if a potential customer needs financial services assistance– verify why the customer is coming in (e.g., help with investing) Customer Assistance/Support: Assist with completing the New Account Application, securities product applications with basic customer information (e.g., name, DOB, address), Client Onboarding (COB) and Subscribe Orders Review for accuracy and completeness prior to submission Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Associate degree desired, Bachelor’s degree preferred Finish 3 years of experience in an administration role Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred Supervisory Responsibility This position will not supervise employees. Licenses and Certifications There are no additional certifications required. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. * Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
