PenFed is hiring a Mortgage Servicing Systems Administrator (Remote). The Servicing System Administrator is responsible for performing various MSP, Passport, Director, LoanSphere Foreclosure and Bankruptcy, and LoanSphere Invoice Management functions. These functions include maintaining security templates and group administration, supporting ODDS and external outs, test region management, passport queries, MSP reports, and general system support and analysis. This position is remote, and candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrade activities for PC systems Assist in Black Knight initiatives Act as support liaison between PenFed and Black Knight Ownership of ODDS and EDI interchanges, EOD/EOM/EOY processing, mass trans and Go BOOK functions Create and maintain system tools that improve the end user experience such as indicator buttons, snapshots and task queues Complete assigned Black Knight requests within established SLA Maintain and Audit user access and templates Monitor system performance and advisories Develop an understanding of business processes Incumbent will be responsible for meeting PenFed’s commitment to compliance Update Policies and Procedures as needed Support the implementation and post-implementation of business process changes in production. Gain department functional knowledge as it relates to business processes in order to capitalize on system enhancements designed to improve workflow. Manage intake and configurations for OLLW directly with letter librarian. Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Operations Management Skills – proven ability to identify, collect and analyze operations performance data, market research data, and other related data to improve performance Expertise at consensus and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written and oral communication skills Results Oriented – track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization. Ability to analyze Black Knight enhancements and impact the department prior to implementation Knowledge of creating and updating Policy and Procedures and User Guides Year End Processing on MSP Online Letter Library management experience preferred Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
